# Contributing to the UCE Framework Public Draft

Send corrections, implementation feedback, interoperability questions, or proposed framework changes to `help@cbyuce.com` with the subject line `[UCE Framework] Public Draft Feedback`. An unauthenticated public issue tracker and public pull-request process have not yet been established.

Submissions should:

- identify the affected framework version and section;
- distinguish technical facts, implementation behavior, recorded assertions, and legal conclusions;
- include reproducible evidence for technical claims where possible;
- avoid private user data, credentials, signing keys, wallet files, or production settings;
- disclose material personal, financial, employment, provider, or institutional interests related to the proposal; and
- avoid implying WIPO, government, standards-body, or third-party endorsement.

Submission does not guarantee adoption. The organizational maintainer decides whether a proposal enters the public draft and should document accepted changes in a review record, repository history, and change log. A public contribution workflow may be added when an accessible public repository or issue tracker is available.
