## Not included in the license

CC BY 4.0 does not grant rights in:

- the Universal Creation Evidence, UCE, Copyright by UCE, or CbyUCE names;
- the UCE symbol, logos, trademarks, service marks, or mark-usage rules;

- website software, source code, layout, or visual design;
- the Terms, Privacy Policy, or other legal notices;

Use of the UCE mark remains subject to the published mark-usage rules. During the public-draft period, the mark may be used only for a work with a corresponding CbyUCE evidence record; eligibility for another implementation requires express publication by UCE after objective conformance materials are validated. The documentation license does not certify an implementation, authorize a claim of conformance, or provide WIPO or government approval.

## Software and reference implementations

This documentation license is not a patent or software license. Any provider-independent reference verifier, schema package, test suite, or other reference code published in the future must include its own express license. No patent or software license is implied by the public availability of this repository or its documentation.
