Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the observable data practices of the informational Universal Creation Evidence website at universalcreationevidence.com (the "Site"). 5 Race Street LLC, operating under the alternate name Copyright by UCE, operates the Site and is responsible for the Site practices described here. The Site publishes a public-draft technical framework, educational pages, mark-usage materials, and downloads.

Separate CbyUCE Platform

The Site does not create evidence records or operate the CbyUCE service. Activity on cbyuce.com—including accounts, file uploads, payments, evidence creation, permanent public Arweave storage, and hosted verification—is governed by CbyUCE's separate Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What This Site Does Not Collect Directly

The current Site implementation is static. The repository audit found:

• No account registration, login, upload, checkout, contact form, or waitlist on this Site
• No email-address collection or marketing signup on this Site
• No Google Analytics, advertising pixel, analytics SDK, or consent-management script loaded by the Site
• No Site code that sets cookies or uses browser local storage or session storage

Routine Network Data and External Resources

The Site is hosted on DreamHost infrastructure. Like any website request, visiting the Site necessarily sends routine network information—such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time—to DreamHost and the network infrastructure that delivers the Site. The Site does not use those routine access logs for advertising or cross-site profiling. Log retention and security processing depend on DreamHost's services and the applicable server configuration, so this policy does not promise a retention period that has not been technically confirmed.

The Site currently requests these third-party resources:

• Google Fonts: the Source Sans Pro font is requested from Google's font service
• cdnjs: the homepage requests the GSAP animation library from cdnjs
• DreamHost: hosting and delivery of the static Site
• External links: following a link to CbyUCE, WIPO, the U.S. Copyright Office, Creative Commons, Arweave, a block explorer, or another site sends a request to that destination

Those third parties receive ordinary request data and apply their own privacy terms. The Site does not control their practices.

Communications You Initiate

The Site includes email links. If you choose to send an email, your message is handled by your email provider and the recipient's email systems, not by a form on this Site. Do not include confidential information, private keys, credentials, unreleased works, or sensitive personal data in an unsolicited email.

Cookies, Analytics, and Browser Storage

The audited Site code does not set cookies, load analytics, or use local or session storage. A third-party destination may use those technologies after you follow an external link. If the Site later adds analytics, forms, or storage, this policy and the implementation should be updated before those features are used.

Security, Retention, Deletion, and International Processing

Because the Site does not directly collect form submissions, accounts, or analytics data, it does not publish separate retention or deletion schedules for those nonexistent Site data flows. Routine DreamHost logs are handled according to the hosting service and server configuration. Externally initiated email is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate record, protect rights, or comply with law. Children

The Site is informational and does not provide child-directed accounts or forms. The Site does not make a broader claim about age screening because it does not collect age information. The separate CbyUCE service has its own eligibility terms and privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our Site and updating the "Last Updated" date.
